Factory Tour of Aston Martin, Gaydon, Warwickshire

Aston Martin are delighted to offer this opportunity for six to visit Aston Martin at their headquarters in Gaydon, Warwickshire.

Aston Martin's ethos goes back to 1913 and the very beginnings of the company. The founders, Lionel Martin and Robert Bamford, believed that a sports car should have a distinctive and individual character. They also felt it should be built to the highest standards and be exhilarating to drive and a joy to own - many things have changed over the ensuing ninety nine years, but those goals are still very relevant to the company today.

In 2003 Aston Martin opened their state-of-the-art headquarters and production facility at Gaydon. As well as being the home of Aston Martin and its main business functions, the facility manufactures the award winning DBS, Virage, Rapide, DB9 and Vantage models along with their new luxury city car, the Cygnet.

As the company's first purpose built facility, Gaydon was designed to be the embodiment of Aston Martin and its cars;so it reflects the power of the idea, the aesthetic and inner beauty of technically advanced solutions and the very soul that comes from hands that create pure sports cars.

Their Product Specialist will give you an insight into the stages that go behind the creation of every Aston Martin; from the bonding of the aluminium chassis and the hand-stitching of the leather interior to the rigorous testing and inspection prior to the car being dispatched to its first custodian.

The whole experience will take approximately 2 hours, after which you may like to consider visiting the Heritage Motor Centre, a superb museum of predominantly British cars located close to their facility.
