DESCRIPTION
- Acquired by our vendor in July 1999 after a professional restoration in Kidderminster
- Three previous owners in the Worcestershire area, the last being a small holding from 1971 until restored. A duplicate green log book dating back to 1966 is provided (original registration number was MAC 561)
- It was built in November 1950 and despatched to Land Rover Experimental Department, Heritage Certificate provided, so it is a 1951 model with the lights through the grille and side lights in the bulkhead. First registered in April 1952 and sold to Holloway & Sons, the Land Rover dealer in Worcester
- Fitted with a Type 1117 2-litre engine from a 1957 model modified to use an electronic ignition and choke system
- The current owner has kept it garaged, regularly serviced and in good order and made some sympathetic improvements including a new canvas top, spare wheel clamp, starting handle and grab handles on the rear body capping
- Fitted with a tow plate and towing jaw and supplied with a fitted car cover and a selection of spare parts

Due to venue restrictions we need to be clear of The WEC by 1pm on Monday 12th therefore any motor vehicles not collected by this time will be taken to our transport partners storage facility in Northampton for a fee of £150 plus VAT. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day.
