DESCRIPTION

This desirable 'Special Equipment' model boasts Matching' chassis, engine and body numbers. 1 of just 3,095 LHD Jaguar XK150 Fixed Head Coupes to leave Browns Lane.

Finished in Cream with red upholstery this desirable 'Special Equipment' model is powered by a 3442cc DOHC straight-six engine, with an uprated B-type cylinder head and allied to four-speed manual plus overdrive transmission.

Chassis S835947DN was completed on 23rd December 1958 and was supplied new via Jaguar Cars New York, the XK150 is understood to have spent quite some time in California and belonged to the prestigious Blackhawk Collection before being repatriated back to the UK during Spring 1989. This car was subsequently treated to new `J' spot headlights and replacement bumpers upon its return from the USA. More recent work is said to have seen the Fixed Head Coupe benefit from attention to its water pump, thermostat, cooling system, temperature/oil gauge, braking system, fuel pump and twin SU carburettors plus fitting of a new stainless steel exhaust.

Offered for sale with a large history file including Jaguar Cars Ltd Heritage Certificate, copy service manual and 1991 valuation for £55,000.

Any cars not collected by 3pm on Monday 2nd August will be taken to our EM Rogers storage facility in

Northampton for a fee of £150 plus VAT. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day from Monday 2nd August onwards.

Motorcycles

Any motorcycles not collected by 3pm on Monday 2nd August will be taken to our transport partners facility in Northamptonshire for a

Automobilia can be collected from The Wing over the weekend or Monday morning between 9am

and midday by prior appointment. After this time it can be collected from our offices in

Warwickshire or shipped to you at your expense.
