SUMMARY
Unleash your spirit of adventure with this fully-restored 1965 Austin Mini Moke.
DESCRIPTION
- 1965 Austin Mini Moke, fully restored to its original glory, with minimal mileage since completion
- Designed by Sir Alec Issigonis, sharing components with the Mini saloon and initially envisioned as a parachute-dropped military vehicle but rejected due to low ground clearance
- Found its purpose as a versatile tool for farmers and a light commercial vehicle
- Gained cult status after appearing in the TV series The Prisoner and excelling as a beach car
- Limited production, with 14,500 units at BMC's Longbridge plant (1964-1968) and additional production in Australia and Portugal
- This particular Mini Moke is an early UK-supplied, right-hand drive model, meticulously restored to factory specifications. Retains original Mk1 features, including a single windscreen wiper and floor-mounted headlight dip-switch
- Finished in Spruce Green with black trim and powered by its original 850cc engine and 4-speed transmission, both rebuilt
- A British classic perfect for enjoying with friends and family, sure to turn heads at classic car events and garden parties
