DESCRIPTION
The iconic Ford Mustang was first introduced by Ford in April 1964 to an enthusiastic and inspired audience. Over 100,000 orders were taken in the first 3 months that the car went on sale and the car was both an instant and long term sales success.
It was forever immortalised by Steve McQueen during that famous car chase scene in the 1960's film 'Bullitt'.
This car is a matching numbers 289 Fastback built in 1965, it was imported to the UK in 2004. It is finished in Silver Smoke Grey with red leather interior and was the recipient of a full professional repaint in October 2008.
Showing a total mileage of 83,000, which the vendor believes to be genuine, the car is in truly exceptional condition today and drives as good as it looks. Ideal for road use, touring and road rallies, this big GT would be the pride and joy of any true 'Pony' enthusiast.
Having had just 2 enthusiastic UK owners, the car has had significant expense and time spent on it and has received the following upgrades and modifications:

Motor vehicles
Vehicles can be collected from The Wing on Monday 2nd August between 9am and 3pm.
Our transport partners, EM Rogers, can assist with collection and delivery. Please contact them on
01604 755511 or trafficdesk@emrogers.co.uk for a quote.
Any cars not collected by 3pm on Monday 2nd August will be taken to our EM Rogers storage facility in
Northampton for a fee of £150 plus VAT. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day from Monday 2nd August onwards.
Motorcycles
Our motorcycle transport partners, Moving Motorcycles, can assist with collection and delivery.

Any motorcycles not collected by 3pm on Monday 2nd August will be taken to our transport partners facility in Northamptonshire for a
fee of £110 plus VAT, including 3 days storage. Storage will be charged at £5 plus VAT per day thereafter.
Automobilia
Automobilia can be collected from The Wing over the weekend or Monday morning between 9am
and midday by prior appointment. After this time it can be collected from our offices in
Warwickshire or shipped to you at your expense.
