Customised in the style of a private jet, this wild creation sports a lounge space accessed through fold-down steps like those from an aeroplane, kitted out with no fewer than three TV screens, iPad connection, fridge, printer and obligatory deep leather Ferrari F430 seats. Built at a cost of more than £30,000, this spectacular creation benefits from having been completely stripped and painted, then rebuilt using more than £6,000 of Heritage VW replacement parts and £4,800 of solid oak to create the luxurious living space and essential roof terrace!

The base vehicle is a 1966/7 VW Commercial Van sourced from dry-State California. It is now EU taxes paid and awaiting its UK V5C and registration assignment. It is also fully UK MoT'd. It is important to know that currently the vehicle is recognised as a commercial van meaning there are just two passenger seats for travelling in the period cabin, the lounge being for static use only. (Please note this could change if the DVLA are invited to inspect the vehicle, and approve the rear seats which are seat-belted in readiness).

This vehicle has been sourced, restored and now sold as part of a television series which is due to air in early 2014. The media company behind the series have respectfully requested that the new owner refrains from any widespread press and publication of the vehicle prior to the airing of the series. However you are very welcome to use and enjoy the vehicle in the meantime. If you're lucky, there may also be an opportunity to star in the filming of the show.

Guided from £25,000 - £30,000, this is an opportunity to own a seriously customised vehicle at a price significantly less than it would cost to recreate.
