1967 Jaguar E-Type Series 1 2+2

The world famous E-Type was introduced in 1961 at the Geneva Motor Show. It was initially designed and shown to the public as a rear-wheel drive grand tourer in a two-seater coupé form and later in a convertible body style. The 2+2 version with a lengthened wheelbase was released several years later. Throughout the life span of the E-Type, it has been regarded as one of the most iconic automobile design icons of the 1960s. At launch, even Enzo Ferrari was quoted as saying it was " the most beautiful car in the world".Here we have one of the last of the Series I Jaguar E-Types, built as a more practical 2 plus 2, that was first registered in 1967.
