DESCRIPTION
- The 420 was the ultimate expression of Jaguar's compact luxury sports saloon theme initiated by the company in 1955 with the arrival of the 2.4 Saloon (retrospectively named the Mk 1)
- Not only is the 420 the most luxurious of the series, it's also the only one to be equipped with the much-improved 4.2-litre engine (which superseded the 3.8)
- This venerable example is finished in Opalescent Silver Blue with a classic grey leather interior and sits on a set of silver wire wheels
- Owned by our garage-owning vendor for an incredible 37 years with just three previous keepers
- The odometer indicates just 72,844 miles which our vendor believes to be genuine
- More recently, the 420 has had the benefit of new brake callipers, new wire wheels and tyres, and a part-new exhaust system all fitted by our vendor
- The 420 is the finest of the long line of compact Jaguars and is only now beginning to receive the deserved level of recognition

Due to venue restrictions we need to be clear of the WEC by 1pm on Monday 2nd therefore any motor vehicles not collected by this time will be taken to our transport partners storage facility in Northampton for a fee of £150 plus VAT. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day.
