DESCRIPTION

  • Based on the classic Volvo 121/122S platform, with the 108bhp 4-cylinder unit from the B18
  • Pietro Frua-designed featuring classic Italian styling elements like the gradually sloping roofline, egg-crate grille, subtle tail fins and accent lines 
  • Jaguar's refusal to provide up-and-coming British television show The Saint (1962-69) with an E-Type was Volvo's golden opportunity to promote the P1800
  • Restored by our client with new wings, front panel and stripped back prior to a colour change from Sky Blue to Black
  • The interior was treated to a new dash top, and seat covers and the rest deep cleaned
  • Mechanically the engine was rebuilt by a previous owner and the car is now good to go
  • Supplied with a good history file, this collectable P1800S is attractively guided.
