SUMMARY
An early right-hand drive Type 105.45 for restoration.
DESCRIPTION
• Manufactured on 6/09/1969 and delivered to South Africa five days later in Alfa Rosso with a black interior
• The accompanying Alfa Romeo “Certificato di Origine” confirms the specification, production and delivery dates
• As an early Type 105.45 car the “flying buttress” integrated head-rest front seats are present and appear consistent with the factory “Skai Nero” specification
• Imported from South Africa and registered in the UK on 1st December 2021 and offered as a restoration project
• The car’s metalwork is consistent with that of a car from the South African climate, and we welcome any inspection
• The gearbox, sundry parts, trim and engine are crated alongside and the stamped engine number is consistent with the accompanying UK V5C
• Right-hand drive restoration projects seldom offer such a sound basis and this early GT Veloce is ripe for a rebirth.
