A rare Cobra-Jet with a unique paint finish and an interesting history.
DESCRIPTION
- In the 1970s there was a school of automotive artists, who restored American muscle cars by making them completely individual and unique
- They were then given a title and this 1970 Mustang Mach 1 428 Cobra Jet is now known as 'G-Force'
- Imported in 1974, by 1977 it was looking a bit tired so the decision was taken to strip it to bare metal
- A coat of Snow Pearl base was followed by a coat of Silver Mist Pearl, the stripes and murals were applied in Burnt Orange Candy with a couple of dust coats of red and blue ‘flip-flop’ over the whole thing and then six coats of lacquer
- At one time adorned with an image of 3 Astronauts on its bonnet, evoking the 70s, it was a famous car at events around the country and has been magazine featured in Hot Car, Custom Car and others
- It's supplied with a Marti Deluxe Report, a fresh MOT and the odometer currently reads 97,668 miles
- Our vendor, a collector of many Muscle Cars, is now downsizing his collection and G Force is available at a very sensible guide for such a remarkable Mustang

Due to venue restrictions we need to be clear of The NEC by 1pm on Monday 21st therefore any motor vehicles not collected by this time will be taken to our transport partners storage facility in Northampton for a fee of £175 plus VAT. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day.
