A beautiful example of these impossibly pretty little GTs.
DESCRIPTION
- A 1965 concept car that was launched in 1968 as a sports car for the younger driver
- The chiselled nose, swoopy curves and perfect proportions caused a sensation
- Fitted with the 1.9-litre, 88bhp, 4-cyl Kadett engine mated to a four-speed gearbox
- This LHD car was imported from California where it resided for 47 years
- Fully stripped down to a bare shell in the UK and received a nut and bolt restoration
- Mechanically overhauled and converted to a 5-speed manual gearbox, a well-recognised upgrade
- The interior was treated to brand new carpets, door cards, and new seat facings
- Fitted with Factory A/C although the condenser is not fitted but will come with the car
- Currently on a NOVA Certificate (all taxes paid), the buyer will therefore be the first UK owner on the V5

This car was first registered in July 1970 in California and spending 47 years of its life in the Sunshine state. The GT came to the UK was dry stored and then fully striped down to a bare shell and fully restored to A1 totally original condition except for a Weber carb fitted and 4 speed manual box uprated to a 5 speed box as recognised by the Opel GT club, brand new carpets, trims, door cards, mats, recovered seats and everything works as it should, drives fantastically.

Any cars not collected by 3pm on Monday 2nd August will be taken to our EM Rogers storage facility in
Northampton for a fee of £150 plus VAT. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day from Monday 2nd August onwards.
Motorcycles
Our motorcycle transport partners, Moving Motorcycles, can assist with collection and delivery.

Any motorcycles not collected by 3pm on Monday 2nd August will be taken to our transport partners facility in Northamptonshire for a
fee of £110 plus VAT, including 3 days storage. Storage will be charged at £5 plus VAT per day thereafter.
Automobilia
Automobilia can be collected from The Wing over the weekend or Monday morning between 9am
and midday by prior appointment. After this time it can be collected from our offices in
Warwickshire or shipped to you at your expense.
