SUMMARY
Classic 2-litre Alfa Spider with just 58,000 miles and a substantial recent investment of over £25,000.
DESCRIPTION
- A modern classic by Pininfarina, the simple yet elegant 'Kamm tail' Spider bodywork, which premiered on the 1970 Spider Veloce Series 2, would prove enduringly popular, lasting into the 1990s
- The Spider's mechanics were essentially those of the Giulia with independent front suspension, a coil-suspended live rear axle and four-wheel servo-assisted disc brakes, powered by the Giulia Sprint GTV's 132bhp, 2-litre, double overhead-camshaft four
- First registered in 1976, this UK-supplied, right-hand drive 2000 Spider Veloce is fresh from recommissioning as well as an engine and gearbox rebuild
- Finished in Rosso Alfa with a black convertible roof over what is believed to be its original red vinyl-trimmed interior
- Supplied with invoices for recent work totalling over £25,000 (see Condition Report) and some older receipts and invoices
- Quintessentially Italian and absolutely timeless, this little Spider is ready to enjoy this Summer
