Iconic Auctioneers independent valuation services oversee every aspect of a valuation, recognizing and accommodating the many special needs of executors, solicitors and other professional advisors. Offering evaluation for probate, family court proceedings and insurance purposes.
Our valuation services can be conducted either remotely from videos and photos provided by yourself known as a Desktop Valuation, or with a personal visit at a time of your choosing. We are a trusted business used by many solicitors and lawyers and are able to provide extensive market knowledge and professional advice.
So, whether it’s an insurance valuation, a legal requirement or an independent appraisal we can work with you to provide an independent valuation.
We have valued collections for a number of high-profile individuals and PLC’s and references can be provided on request.
Pricing
Prices start from just £200+VAT for a desktop valuation for a single car. For larger volumes / collections via separate negotiation. For a visiting specialist it is £750+VAT per day plus expenses.
Mileage is charged at 50p + VAT per mile and sundries are charged at cost.
All valuation work is carried out with professional indemnity insurance.

Deceased Estates and Probate Vehicle Valuations
Iconic Auctioneers make things simple for you without you even needing to leave your own home. We can come in person to value the vehicle, arrange for it to be photographed and extensively marketed, then sold at one of our auctions, if required we can arrange transport and have it removed to storage with costs retained from proceeds so no outlay for the estate. Upon sale of the vehicle, we will provide payment within 14 days to either yourself, an executor or a solicitor.
Pricing
If after an initial conversion and agreement that the vehicle/ collection is to be sold at auction then just our normal auction entry fees apply - here. There is no charge for our consultation and help.
