DESCRIPTION

Offered for sale is a 2.0L 1976 Ford Escort RS2000 manual that has been with the current owner for over 10 years. Coming with a partial history file, this lot's condition scores an impressive 128/135. Multiple award-winning RS that's almost 'Showroom Fresh'...

 

 

This fabulous Mk1 Escort RS2000 was built at Ford's Aveley plant during November 1974

It remains superbly finished in Diamond White with Blue decals and Rallye Sport wheels

The interior is completely correct with Charcoal Grey cloth RS seats and the flat 3-spoke wheel

The 1993cc, 100bhp, 4-cylinder, SOHC Ford Pinto carries a number that matches the chassis

Fully restored in 1997, using an already good example, with the focus on originality and quality

Post-restoration, competed on the Concours circuit for 3-years with notable success (see below)

In heated storage from 2000 until now and only selling to fund new projects

'JIA' is very highly regarded amongst RS owners who can be a little 'picky' when it comes to detail

Any cars not collected by 3pm on Monday 2nd August will be taken to our EM Rogers storage facility in

Northampton for a fee of £150 plus VAT. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day from Monday 2nd August onwards.

Motorcycles

Our motorcycle transport partners, Moving Motorcycles, can assist with collection and delivery.

Any motorcycles not collected by 3pm on Monday 2nd August will be taken to our transport partners facility in Northamptonshire for a

fee of £110 plus VAT, including 3 days storage. Storage will be charged at £5 plus VAT per day thereafter.

Automobilia can be collected from The Wing over the weekend or Monday morning between 9am

and midday by prior appointment. After this time it can be collected from our offices in

Warwickshire or shipped to you at your expense.
