A rare surviving example of a Range Rover ‘In Vogue’ Limited Edition from the second series.
DESCRIPTION
- An original UK-supplied, RHD vehicle. First UK-registered on 24/09/1982
- The 'In Vogue' was designed to take the Range Rover up-market and the launch was promoted by an article in 'Vogue' magazine
- This Second-Edition example is finished in Nevada Gold with Bronze brushed-nylon trim
- Air conditioning, American Walnut door cappings, front and rear folding armrests, rear headrests, full load space carpeting, Philips AC 807 radio cassette stereo
- 3.5-litre V8 with 3-speed Chrysler A727 Torqueflite transmission/LT230R transfer box
- Exported to South Africa in 1990 and speedo head changed to KPH (currently 88,933km)
- Returned to the UK by the vendor in 2018 and re-registered on its original number plates
- Very attractively presented but offered with scope for improvement. We would recommend that you inspect the vehicle or send a professional to establish what may need doing to take it to the next level

This is rare surviving example of a Range Rover ‘In Vogue’ Limited Edition from the second series. The 'In Vogues' were the first serious steps by Land Rover to take the Range Rover up-market and the launch of the first series 2-door in 1981 was associated with an article in 'Vogue' magazine. The following years second edition 4 door 'In Vogues' were all finished in Nevada Gold or Sierra Silver and were the the first Range Rovers supplied from the factory with Automatic gearboxes using the 3 speed Chrysler A727 Torqueflite transmission and LT230R transfer box. The specification included Air conditioning, American walnut door cappings, coin tray, front and rear folding arm rests, rear headrests, full load space carpeting, Digital "Range Rover" Philips AC 807 radio cassette stereo with four speaker system and an insulated coolbox (no longer present in car) This example was exported to South Africa around 1990 and was re-imported back to the UK by the vendor in 2018 and re-registered on it's original number plates by DVLA.

Any cars not collected by 3pm on Monday 2nd August will be taken to our EM Rogers storage facility in
Northampton for a fee of £150 plus VAT. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day from Monday 2nd August onwards.
Motorcycles

Automobilia can be collected from The Wing over the weekend or Monday morning between 9am
and midday by prior appointment. After this time it can be collected from our offices in
Warwickshire or shipped to you at your expense.
