DESCRIPTION
The Audi 100 was produced between 1968 and 1994 and was the company's largest car since the revival of the Audi brand by Volkswagen in 1965. By 1987, the C3 or 3rd Edition boasted 10 engine variants from 1.8L to 2.5L in both petrol and diesel guise and manual or automatic transmission. Aerodynamics were key to fuel efficiency, and as the world awoke to the importance of this, they in turn awoke to the futuristic Audi ovals. Indeed, the 1983 Audi 100 edged out the Ford Sierra to be awarded the 1983 European Car of the Year.
The Audi 100 CD with automatic transmission offered here is an unusual car in that it has travelled fewer than 50,000 miles in the hands of just four keepers, the latest since August 2009. Shortly upon acquiring the car, it was presented to Audi Huntingdon for an MoT which resulted in undertaking some necessary minor repairs to the car, in total, spending £1,200 getting the car up to code. Since this time, it has travelled just 30 miles and has recently again been awarded a fresh one year MoT.
Presenting almost flawlessly with the interior in pristine condition, this very capable and aerodynamic Audi is now offered without reserve, but with V5C, current fresh MoT, Instruction Manual and a few former invoices and MoT's. Grab yourself a bargain today...
