From long term ownership, specialist-maintained and carefully stored when not in use, this is a fine example of the third generation of Alfa's long-lived Spider.
DESCRIPTION
- The third generation of Alfa's Spider debuted in 1983 with the introduction of black rubber front and rear bumpers and a redesigned cockpit
- Powered by a 1,962cc double overhead-cam four-cylinder engine, offering 130bhp, 0-60 in 8.9 seconds and 122mph
- This fine left-hand drive, Quadrifoglio Verde (four-leaf clover) has been with our vendor for over 20 years
- Finished in Alfa Rosso with electric windows and mirrors, a tonneau cover and wind deflector
- Maintained fastidiously by specialists and always stored in a heated and carpeted house
- Major servicing including brakes, suspension, gearbox etc. by Alfaholics, springs also recently changed
- Photographic history of restoration around ten years ago to remove rust from susceptible areas
- Fitted with twin 40 DCOE Webers to replace the original Solex carbs
- Coburns of Blunsden fitted a half-lined mohair hood, which is still in excellent condition
- Accompanied by a file of MOT Certificates, receipts for work done and both keys

Imported from France a number of years ago where it is believed to have been the property of a female doctor. Maintained without compromise during twenty years ownership to enjoy various European trips. Car has never broken down, and has been used on family holidays to France, Benelux, Switzerland and Italy. Very light use only in UK during the winter months. Last summer completed a very enjoyable 400 mile round trip in Wales.

Due to venue restrictions, all vehicles must be collected on Monday 25th March between 9am and 2pm.
Any vehicles not collected by this time will be transported to a secure storage facility in Northampton by our transport partner EM Rogers, the charges for which are £175 plus VAT for removal and £10 plus VAT per day for storage. We will make contact on Sunday to confirm how you will be removing your vehicle(s). If we do not hear back by 9am on Monday morning, we will arrange collection with EM Rogers on your behalf.
