DESCRIPTION
Marcos had already moved away from its "kit car' image when in 1992 it launched the Mantara that went on to be sold in fairly limited numbers by the factory and through dealers. Based on the Mantula, the main difference was the adoption of the McPherson strut front suspension, which in turn resulted in a wider front track, a different bonnet, and flared front arches. The Mantra was powered by a 3.9-litre Rover V8, or alternatively a bored out 4.6 litre version was available as an optional extra.
Finished in Le Mans Blue metallic with a full leather interior and walnut dash, this car left the factory fitted with a "sport pack' giving the 3.9 Litre V8 a very healthy 230bhp. In addition a sports exhaust was been fitted to emphasise that distinctive growl given by the British V8.
Having covered just 35,000 Miles the car is in great condition, and has the benefit of a full service history in the original service book. Along with invoices, previous MOTs, the original bill of sale and build sheet.
A great classic British V8 sports car, that really is exciting to drive.

Our transport partners, EM Rogers, can assist with collection and delivery. Please contact them on

Any cars not collected by 3pm on Monday 2nd August will be taken to our EM Rogers storage facility in
Northampton for a fee of £150 plus VAT. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day from Monday 2nd August onwards.
Motorcycles
Our motorcycle transport partners, Moving Motorcycles, can assist with collection and delivery.

Any motorcycles not collected by 3pm on Monday 2nd August will be taken to our transport partners facility in Northamptonshire for a
fee of £110 plus VAT, including 3 days storage. Storage will be charged at £5 plus VAT per day thereafter.
Automobilia
Automobilia can be collected from The Wing over the weekend or Monday morning between 9am
and midday by prior appointment. After this time it can be collected from our offices in
Warwickshire or shipped to you at your expense.
