DESCRIPTION
Introduced to the public in 1993, the handsome new DB7 was Aston Martin's first six cylinder model since production of the DB6 Mk. II ended in 1971. Styled by Ian Callum, its lines were evocative of earlier Aston Martin models and elements of the DB4/5/6 could be seen in its design. Arguably one of the most attractive looking cars ever produced by Aston Martin, the DB7 was well received and attracted new customers worldwide with its traditional layout, curvaceous two door coupé body and a powerful six cylinder engine.
With a claimed top-speed of 165mph these are every inch a supercar but equally are surprisingly docile and tractable as an everyday road car. This particularly stylish black metallic car benefits from the factory fitment of a manual gearbox meaning that when you choose to, you can really use this car! Having travelled fewer than 70,000 miles, there are many more years of happy motoring ahead of it.
The car was used regularly up until 2002 and has supporting history up to this time. Since then the car has been stored but it will be treated to a light service prior to sale to make sure she's running in fine order.
This is just a two owner car, and at a very handsome guide price we expect to find a new custodian today in benefit of BBC Children in Need...
