DESCRIPTION
When Porsche discontinued the 993 variant in 1998 it marked the end of the air-cooled engine. It is now regarded by many as finest 911 ever produced. It had significant changes over the previous model giving it improved handling and ride characteristics to enhance the free revving 3.6 litre engine. For these reasons its now becoming the Porsche to have for enthusiasts and collectors alike. The Targa version was introduced for the 1996 model line up and featured a glass roof that retracted to slide underneath the rear window. It also came complete with distinctive 17inch two piece alloy wheels.
Offered here is a 1996 Porsche 911 (993) Targa manual finished in Iris Blue with grey interior. The service and maintenance record is exemplary with thirteen stamps in the book and around thirty pages of invoices, all of which help to validate the mileage of only 77,900 miles. The last service was conducted by the Porsche Centre Cambridge in July 2013 at 73250 miles and totalled £2700.00.
Porsche 993 values have started to climb as the air-cooled 911's are recocgnised as a great traditional 911 driving experience. The Targa roof offers a further dimension.

Any cars not collected by 3pm on Monday 2nd August will be taken to our EM Rogers storage facility in
Northampton for a fee of £150 plus VAT. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day from Monday 2nd August onwards.
Motorcycles
Our motorcycle transport partners, Moving Motorcycles, can assist with collection and delivery.

Any motorcycles not collected by 3pm on Monday 2nd August will be taken to our transport partners facility in Northamptonshire for a
fee of £110 plus VAT, including 3 days storage. Storage will be charged at £5 plus VAT per day thereafter.

Automobilia can be collected from The Wing over the weekend or Monday morning between 9am
and midday by prior appointment. After this time it can be collected from our offices in
Warwickshire or shipped to you at your expense.
