2000 Porsche 911 Carrera

When Porsche introduced the 966 it was an all new design that shared few components from the previous 933 variant. It was the first 911 that was not air-cooled. The need for refinement and a higher expectation on power figures prompted Porsche to break with tradition. With the introduction of the 3600cc engine power was up to 320BHP giving impressive performance figures of 0-60 in 4.9 seconds and a top speed over 170mph. The bodywork styling started to adopt a more 'aero' look and the steeply raked screen completed the look.

The history file contains the service record with nine service stamps. The collection of invoices shows the last service was completed in June 2013 with the mileage showing 109,962 miles. In December 2009 a suspected head gasket meant the removal of the engine and a cylinder head fittted. The last two MOT's show no advisories and the current is till April 2014.

With a good history file and specfication this Porsche 911 Carrera looks fantastic value for the money. In performance terms alone we question whether it can be bettered.
