2003 Bentley Continental 'R' Final series

The Bentley Continental 'R' was manufactured from 1991 to 2002 at the original Crewe factory in England. Throughout the life of the car various model updates were launched , such as the Continental 'T', which featured a shorter wheelbase, more horse power (420bhp), wider wheel arches and different wheels. By the end of production a total of just 833 2 door Continentals were produced by hand, including the SC or Sedanca Targa top version. The very final 5 cars produced were known as the 'Final Series' and featured all the upgrades and improvements offered during the car's life and evolution.

This is an extremely rare car, being one of that final 5 made and it has covered only 33,000 miles, with just 3 former keepers from new it has a full and complete service history with the supplying Bentley main dealer Jack Barclay of London, and London Bentley Specialist - Graeme Hunt.

The 'Final Version' featured the magnificent 420BHP and 650 lbs /ft torque engine from the Continental 'T', as well as the flared wider wheel arches, 18" wheels, sports suspension, steering and centre console upgrades, plus the diamond quilted sports seats. This car is finished in the smartest colour combination of Black Saphire with Cotswold hide interior and nautic blue carpets. It is offered in outstanding order throughout and has come straight from a major service carried out in August 2012 and also benefits from 12 months M.O.T.
