SUMMARY
Almost a cult car now, the ever popular Smart Roadster offered with No Reserve.
DESCRIPTION
In recent years this car has formed part of an extensive collection of motor vehicles. As such it has received little or no attention and is in a condition that could fairly be described as 'barn find.' It will undoubtedly require an element of recommissioning before it could be expected to return to the road. Inspection of the vehicle and its history file are therefore highly recommended prior to the sale to establish what is or may be required and to inspect any relevant paperwork or history file.
- Following Smart GmbH's 'reduce to the max' philosophy and their generally innovative approach to engineering solutions. A concept for a new style of sports car was generated
- They wanted their new car to be compact, practical and pure but they also felt it had to be desirable to a much younger audience, and with the arrival of the Smart Roadster in 1993, they were undoubtedly successful
- Another of the cars from the Stoneacre Collection, this 2004 Roadster does appear to have been stored for around six years
- Powered by a 700cc turbocharged triple mated to a 6-speed semi-automatic gearbox, these slippery little cars do not hang about
- There is no history with the car apart from three V5s
- Currently a non-runner and so will require some recommissioning to return it to the road

Vehicles can be collected from the Warwickshire Event Centre, CV31 1XN on Sunday 10th December between 10am and 3pm and Monday 11th December between 9am and 1pm.

Due to venue restrictions we need to be clear of the WEC by 1pm on Monday 11th therefore any motor vehicles not collected by this time will be taken to our transport partners storage facility in Northampton for a fee of £150 plus VAT. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day.
