Cloaked in pressure-treated and sustainable feather-edge, with internal Tyvec breathable membrane, Celotex insulation throughout, Thermawrap to the ceiling with traditional repurposed Zinc roofing sheets and finished in tongue & groove within and cushioned oak-effect washable vinyl flooring. 

Fitted with brand new Rosewood-on-white double-glazed fenestration throughout including six opening side windows all with trickle vents, double inward-opening full length doors with 5-lever locks and a superb 6’ x 5’ (1.83m x 1.52m) picture window to frame the view of your choice. Fully fitted with ‘natural’ coloured blackout blinds throughout.

Having space-saving fold up rear steps, two switchable double-point internal 240v plugs with USB ports, remote control low-voltage dimmable LED lighting with both cool and warm white light and twin hard-wired wall heaters all powered through an external flex, terminating in a standard plug to any external socket and fitted with an internal MCB trip fuse board with overall RCD protection. Easily towed and comes complete with wheel chocks.
