SUMMARY

Very smart Cortina GT with V8 power, the ultimate sixties Q-car.

DESCRIPTION

  • This interesting Mk1 Cortina appears to have started off as an April 1966, Dagenham built, four-door Cortina 1500GT
  • Around 14 years ago it was fitted with a 3.5-litre Rover V8 (originally 160bhp)
  • Resprayed Ford Light Blue from its original green around seven years ago over a luxurious black leather interior
  • Fitted with an RS2000 front crossmember and differential, Lotus quarter-bumpers and Minilites
  • 70,000 miles indicated. However, there is no service history with the car, in fact ,there is no history of any kind so it needs to be considered for what it is, a well prepared and well presented mid-sixties Cortina GT with a V8 engine and further upgrades
