DESCRIPTION
1987 Longines 'Charles Lindbergh' Hour Angle Complete with Box and Paperwork. The Hour Angle Watch sped computations for determining celestial lines of position. Its bezel and dial allowed navigators to read off the hour angle of a celestial object at Greenwich, eliminating a simple but troublesome calculation. The watch has a stainless steel 38mm centre case with opening hinged back to show the mechanical movement. The bezel rotates freely in both directions. The crown is of the onion type. The watch has a Longines L989.2 automatic movement which is exceptionally high quality and makes this watch different to later 'Lindbergh' with cheaper Eta standard movements. The watch comes complete with its original strap and buckle as well as an extension strap and original box and paperwork and outer original box. This is such an interesting watch and so complete that it really is a rare find in this condition!

Any cars not collected by 3pm on Monday 2nd August will be taken to our EM Rogers storage facility in
Northampton for a fee of £150 plus VAT. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day from Monday 2nd August onwards.
Motorcycles
Our motorcycle transport partners, Moving Motorcycles, can assist with collection and delivery.

Any motorcycles not collected by 3pm on Monday 2nd August will be taken to our transport partners facility in Northamptonshire for a
fee of £110 plus VAT, including 3 days storage. Storage will be charged at £5 plus VAT per day thereafter.
Automobilia
Automobilia can be collected from The Wing over the weekend or Monday morning between 9am
and midday by prior appointment. After this time it can be collected from our offices in
Warwickshire or shipped to you at your expense.
