DESCRIPTION
Silverstone RAC British Grand Prix 1958 - A good large original painting depicting Peter Collins in action at Silverstone during the 1958 British Grand Prix in the 2.5-litre front-engined Ferrari "Dino", portraying one of his finest drives to victory over fellow Ferrari team-mate Mike Hawthorn. It features the leading group coming out of Club Corner up to Abbey Curve; Collins ahead of Stirling Moss (Vanwall), Hawthorn, Harry Schell (BRM) and Tony Brooks (Vanwall). Oil on canvas, signed by the artist and dated 1959. 30x40 inches (76x102cm). Footnote: Formerly the property of Ken Gregory, a former driver turned racing manager to Stirling Moss and Peter Collins. This year marks the 60th anniversary of Collins' renowned victory.

Any cars not collected by 3pm on Monday 2nd August will be taken to our EM Rogers storage facility in
Northampton for a fee of £150 plus VAT. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day from Monday 2nd August onwards.
Motorcycles
Our motorcycle transport partners, Moving Motorcycles, can assist with collection and delivery.

Any motorcycles not collected by 3pm on Monday 2nd August will be taken to our transport partners facility in Northamptonshire for a
fee of £110 plus VAT, including 3 days storage. Storage will be charged at £5 plus VAT per day thereafter.
Automobilia
Automobilia can be collected from The Wing over the weekend or Monday morning between 9am
and midday by prior appointment. After this time it can be collected from our offices in
Warwickshire or shipped to you at your expense.
