DESCRIPTION
- Douglas Motorcycles were based in Bristol and produced bikes between 1907 and 1957
- Famous for their opposed-twin engine designs during their early days of production
- They supplied over 70,000 bikes and, along with Triumph, contributed the most to the war effort between 1914 and 1918
- Part of a large private Collection
- This older restoration, 2-speed Model V is presented in 'garage find' condition
- Unused for some time so will require recommissioning before use
- Complete with VMCC dating letter, old MOT, Douglas books and old purchase receipt
