SUMMARY
Legendary Coventry Eagle 'Flying 8'.
DESCRIPTION
- Known for producing bicycles in the Victorian era then progressed to motorcycles along with numerous other manufacturers after WW1
- Using mainly JAP engines, they produced a range of mostly single-cylinder machines, but also built the infamous V-Twin Flying-8s
- Launching a sporty 1,000cc V-Twin in 1923 capable of 80mph that was worthy rival to competitors Brough Superior
- This example is an older restored machine fitted with a 1925 KTC '4 cam' JAP engine that was rebuilt in 2009 by Ewan Cameron (receipt included)
- Still with its original registration and frame number combination
- Presented in 'Brooklands' trim with racing pipes and no lights
- Fitted with what appears to be a Royal Enfield front wheel hub and Norton CS1 rear
- Running recently but will require some recommissioning before road use
- History file included containing previous owners' details, photos of the bike pre-restoration and copy of a previous RF60 buff log book

All motorcycles must be removed from the NEC between 9am and 2pm on Monday 13th November. Full payment must be received before any items are available to be released.
A member of the administration team will contact you to confirm your transport plans. If we do not hear back from you by 9am on Monday 13th we will arrange for our transport partner, Moving Motorcycles to collect the motorcycle on your behalf and take it to their storage facility in Northamptonshire for a fee of £120 plus VAT. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day thereafter.
