DESCRIPTION
- 'Big, Slow and Awkward' is not the way to describe the S27 Sloper
- Designed by Charles Hyde and Frank Baker using the fashionable sloping engine design
- The sporty Sloper was short-lived but set the path for the performance models of the future
- Part of a large private Collection
- This example is an older restoration and presented in 'garage find' condition
- Featured in the The Classic Motorcycle from September 1994, copy included
- Not used for a while so will require some recommissioning before use
- History file included containing original sale invoice from 1927, original BSA guarantee from 1927, Verralls invoice from 1995, recent purchase invoice from 2006, original RF60 'buff' log book dated 1927 and some reprint parts books
