DESCRIPTION
- Based on the pre-war Model 62, the Pilot was the first post-war British Ford
- 81bhp, 3,622cc V8 coupled to a 'three on the tree' manual transmission
- The previous keeper owned this Pilot from 1979 until 2021 and during that period the car was fully restored and cherished
- Finished in gleaming Ford Black with a Caramel leather interior and 'whitewall' tyres
- The V8 was rebuilt by the previous owner along with a new wiring loom
- The interior was also retrimmed leaving nothing left to do apart from simply enjoy it
- Fitted with Marchal high-performance headlights which in themselves carry a £2,000 price tag
- A simply delightful example of a new model that, in 1949, would have been the envy of many

Any vehicles not collected by this time will be transported to a secure storage facility in Northampton by our transport partner EM Rogers, the charges for which are £225 plus VAT for removal and £10 plus VAT per day for storage. We will make contact on Sunday to confirm how you will be removing your vehicle(s). If we do not hear back from you by 5pm on Sunday evening, we will arrange collection with EM Rogers on your behalf.
