DESCRIPTION
- After WWII, Douglas was in financial difficulty and reduced its output to the 350cc flat-twin engine models with the engine mounted across the frame
- The MkIV was introduced in 1950 and was fitted with the distinctive triangular tool box
- The Sports model was capable of doing 70mph and return 60mpg
- This very nicely presented example has been totally restored both mechanically and cosmetically by its current owner
- Minimal use since restoration. Same owner for last 11 years
- History file with numerous original manuals, receipts and other associated paperwork
- UK-registered on a current V5C
