DESCRIPTION

  • The Studebaker 2R-Series was a range of light and medium-duty trucks built from April 1948 until the end of 1953 
  • The 2R/11 was rated at ¾-tonnes and was powered by an L-head, 245.6ci (4-litre), six-cylinder with 102bhp mated to a 3-speed column change gearbox
  • Dating from 1953, this fabulous example has been fully restored and is now finished in gleaming Norway Green
  • Lovely attention to detail, bodywork stripped back to bare metal, chassis, wheels and bumpers stripped, powder-coated and then painted
  • Retrimmed in brown leather with a brand new roof liner and new door cards
  • The engine has been refreshed, a new carburettor fitted, new wiring and new LED lighting bringing this super 1950s Pick-Up bang up to date
  • The rear bed is fitted with a brand new bespoke laminated wooden liner with the Studebaker emblem behind the cab, a nice touch
  • The Pick-Up has been treated to new rubber all round and is supplied with a small file of receipts for some of the works completed

Any vehicles not collected by this time will be transported to a secure storage facility in Northampton by our transport partner EM Rogers, the charges for which are £175 plus VAT for removal and £10 plus VAT per day for storage. We will make contact post-sale to confirm how you will be removing your vehicle(s). If we do not hear back from you by 5pm on Sunday evening, we will arrange collection with EM Rogers on your behalf.
