Custom FL Chopper fitted with a 1,340cc 'Shovelhead'.
DESCRIPTION
- The FL range was introduced in the early 1940s with the 1,200cc 'Knucklehead' engine
- The model is still in production today, albeit with an 1,868cc engine
- This customised FL is fitted with a later 1,340cc 'Shovelhead' engine and converted into a 'hardtail' chopper
- Fitted with a Mikuni carb and is in running order
- Not run on the road for a while so will need some recommissioning before road use
- Registered as a 1958 model so is tax and MOT exempt
- UK-registered on a current V5C
- Great project or run as is

Motorcycles are available to collect after the auction until 6pm, and then from 10am until 2pm on Monday 31st July from: The Discovery Hub, The Shuttleworth Collection, Alder Drive, Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, SG18 9EP (please use the gate off Hill Lane).
Full payment must be received before any item is available to be released.

Any motorcycles not collected by 2pm on Monday 31st July will be taken to our transport partners facility in Northamptonshire for a fee of £110 plus VAT, including 3 days storage. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day thereafter.
