DESCRIPTION
- Ford's Consul, Zephyr and Zodiac models were heavily revamped and restyled for the 1956 model year, during which the engine capacity of the six-cylinder cars was increased to 2,553cc
- They were available with the choice of 3-speed manual gearbox and the option of overdrive or BorgWarner automatic transmission
- Dating from 1959, this Kenilworth Blue example was imported from South Africa in 2019
- It's fitted with the 86bhp, 2.6-litre, straight-six coupled to a 3-speed, column-change gearbox
- Supplied with a nice history file, some of which is from South Africa where it was believed to have been used as a wedding car
- Having lived most of its life in a 'dry' country, the car appears remarkably sound and presents well apart from the chrome bumpers
- Entered on a No Reserve basis, this classic 1950s Ford is sure to generate interest

Any vehicles not collected by this time will be transported to a secure storage facility in Northampton by our transport partner EM Rogers, the charges for which are £175 plus VAT for removal and £10 plus VAT per day for storage. We will make contact post-sale to confirm how you will be removing your vehicle(s). If we do not hear back from you by 5pm on Sunday evening, we will arrange collection with EM Rogers on your behalf.
