DESCRIPTION
- According to the chassis number this example would have been built in late 1962 although first registered in Italy in 1964, it remained on the continent until it reached UK shores in 1994
- On offer from it’s fourth UK custodian who recently acquired the vehicle from the previous owner who acquired the car in 2004
- Used properly this Giulia competed in Road Regularity trials as well as trips back to continent not limited to participation in The Monte Challange and a trip to the Monaco Grand Prix in 2004
- Various upgrades and refreshes, recent new Koni shocks, new water pump distributor in 2010, the car also has electronic fuel pump fitted with mechanical pump left in situ as backup as well as a separate switch for the reverse light
- Invoices for gearbox rebuild in 2000 and subsequent engine rebuild in 2001, still in good running order with the seller noting excellent oil pressure
- Requires light recommissioning, would make an excellent basis for a full restoration or a usable drop top Italian delight
