Vehicle History
Remarks
It would appear the vehicle was built in 1963 and first registered in 1964. A copy of the original log book documentation is with the vehicle paperwork along with a multitude of prior MOT certificates and other log book copies. The drivers handbook is also present. I believe the vehicle may have been used abroad by a previous owner, the vehicle being brought back into the UK to be sold at auction, the original UK number plate being applied. A certified British Motor Industry Heritage Trust Certificate for the vehicle is also present along with some classic car day show plates.
Restoration Notes
Paperwork with the vehicle indicates the vehicle bodywork and chassis were fully renovated in 1989 with the body and components being professionally removed from the chassis. Paperwork indicates a new hood was fitted along with a re-trim in 1991. The current owner has spent tens of thousands of pounds having a new overdrive gearbox and clutch fitted along with side exhaust pipes. The suspension system was also upgraded with modern Spax adjustable rear dampers.
