Good-looking, 250cc Villiers-engined, Silverstone RAS from the first year of production.
DESCRIPTION
- Easily identified by its leading-link front forks and cast alloy tube frame, Silverstones from 1963 carried the Type number '24RAS'
- 247cc Villiers Type 36A, 4-speed gearbox, concentric carburettor with electronic ignition, Abcan expansion chamber
- Hagon rear shocks, rare 18" Akront aluminium rims, good Avon Roadriders, Stinger exhaust
- Fitted with Peter Inchley 'Villiers works development engineer' barrel, head and piston
- From long-term ownership, this RAS enjoyed a couple of outings in the Manx GP during the 1970s
- Part of a small private Collection in recent years with little use, therefore an element of recommissioning is to be expected
- Please note that this machine is not road-registered

Full payment must be received before any item is available to be released.

Any motorcycles not collected by 2pm on Monday 31st July will be taken to our transport partners facility in Northamptonshire for a fee of £110 plus VAT, including 3 days storage. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day thereafter.
