DESCRIPTION
- The A65 Lightning was built in Birmingham between 1965 and 1972, aimed mainly at the lucrative American market
- Sports styling, 650cc unit-construction engine and twin carburettors gave a sporty ride with a top speed of over 100mph
- This example was restored in 2015 and won Best in Class at the 2016 Scottish Motorcycle Show
- Currently unregistered. If looking to re-register, this will be the responsibility of the buyer
- Forming part of a large private indoor Collection for the last few years, so will require some recommissioning before use
- Engine turns freely with good compression
- Small history file included containing. Containing original Owners Manual, copy workshop manual and photos of the restoration
