1968 Lancia Flavia Vignale Convertible

• The Flavia saloon was launched at the 1960 Turin Motor Show and Coupé and Convertible versions developed by Pininfarina and Vignale quickly followed. The Pininfarina-styled coupé entered production on a shorter chassis and this was soon followed by the announcement of the highly attractive four-seater convertible version by Vignale
• Vignale built just 1,601 two-door convertibles from 1962 to 1967 and it is believed just 40 were right-hand drive
• Dating from 1968, this right-hand drive example presents well in navy blue with a very smart red leather interior and a good hardtop
• It forms part of a private Collection and has been owned by our vendor for the last four years
• Supplied with a huge A4 binder detailing the car's history, with reams of invoices from the likes of Omicron, Richard Thorn and Rusper Alfas along with detailed invoices from its 2017/18 restoration by Thornley Kelham 
• Within the file is a pictorial record of the work carried out by TK, with corresponding invoices totalling over £24,500
• This particular Flavia was also featured in the May 2020 edition of Auto Italia, a copy of which is within the cars history file
