Emerging from a back garden around 10 years ago, our vendor set about a ground-up restoration of this increasingly rare YL1 to this fine standard.
DESCRIPTION
- Produced by Yamaha between 1966 and 1971 and were far superior to the competition at the time
- Built as a 90cc for the Japanese domestic market and 100cc for the US and UK
- Believed to be matching numbers. Highly prized by collectors, particularly in this condition
- Fully restored with fresh paint, extensively re-chromed including tank, exhaust, wheels rebuilt with new rims and tyres
- Our vendor believes that the indicated mileage of 5,913 may well be correct
- A 'turn-key bike', it has won Best in Show at a local bike show and it's easy to see why

CONTACTAll motorcycles must be removed from the NEC between 9am and 2pm on Monday 13th November. Full payment must be received before any items are available to be released.
A member of the administration team will contact you to confirm your transport plans. If we do not hear back from you by 9am on Monday 13th we will arrange for our transport partner, Moving Motorcycles to collect the motorcycle on your behalf and take it to their storage facility in Northamptonshire for a fee of £120 plus VAT. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day thereafter.
