A Capri-based, one-off homage to the Shelby GT500 Mustang, offered from long-term ownership.
DESCRIPTION
- Standard right-hand drive Mk 1 Capri exported new to Cyprus
- We know nothing of the car’s history other than, whilst there, it was rebuilt as one man’s idea of what a Capri-based 500GT Mustang might look like
- Fitted with a 2-litre Pinto engine which may or may not have been modified, coupled to a 4-speed manual gearbox
- Now finished in Orange with silver 'speed stripes' over black leather seats with black matching carpets throughout and an original US dished wood-rim steering wheel along with a ‘Cobra’ gear knob and ‘Texas’ number plates
- Returned to the UK in 2017 and is now UK-registered
- Part of a private Collection for the past eight years, and never used on the road so may require some recommissioning before regular use
- Supplied with photographic evidence of the rebuild and UK paperwork
- Perhaps not everyone’s ‘cup of tea’ but certainly a ‘head turner’

Vehicles can be collected from the Warwickshire Event Centre, CV31 1XN on Sunday 8th December between 10am and 3pm and Monday 9th December between 9am and 1pm.

Due to venue restrictions we need to be clear of the WEC by 1pm on Monday 9th therefore any motor vehicles not collected by this time will be taken to our transport partners storage facility in Northampton for a fee of £175 plus VAT for a standard size vehicle or £275 plus VAT for a large vehicle (transit van/campervan etc.). Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day.
