Vehicle History
Remarks
Comes with Spare engine, gearbox, and a few others parts. I purchased the car in 1983, a non-runner. My dad who was a mechanic and got it running again. Then for the next 37 years it would come out of the garage for the brakes and get it running, drive it a day or two and then go back into the garage. In 2021 I decided to get the Bug done properly so I sent it to a respected Classic Car Specialist, where they stripped the car right down. We sent the car over to Composite Specialist where they repaired the body, fixed the body and strengthened it. It then went back to the Classic Car Specialist, where they put the car back together with a lot of new parts. They then got an MOT to check their work for peace of mind. In 2023 the clutch went so I contacted a garage where they got it fixed as I will be hopefully selling it, I asked for an MOT so that people could see that it was a good buy. So you can see that the car is sound, the only thing it needs now is a spray - job done. It doesn't stop you enjoying your drive.
