SUMMARY

As if its dramatic looks and 'Triple Black' presentation were not enough, this futuristic Riviera GS now develops in the region of 600bhp!

DESCRIPTION

  • Rare, first year of production, third-generation Riviera Boattail upgraded and developed over 35 years by our passionate vendor
  • Although there is a huge emphasis on performance, it's not at the expense of comfort and civility and the power steering, windows and six-way power seats are retained
  • The engine spec is immense and there is far too much to list here but includes a 950 double-pumper carburettor, fully balanced engine, forged pistons, 2" headers into a 3" bespoke exhaust system, and an upgraded gearbox capable of handling 1,000bhp (A full spec sheet is available)
  • The brakes are by Willwood and the suspension again has been radically improved to handle the extra performance
  • It's supplied with a mammoth history file detailing expenditure over the years in excess of £100,000
  • The 'Boattail'  was a bit too radical for buyers when it was new and consequently they are now rare cars. From 35 years of diligent care and boasting 600bhp with appropriate handling, this lovely example is unique, a word we seldom use, and we encourage your inspection of this remarkable car
