SUMMARY

The perfect 'Garage Find' - a low-mileage E-Type Series 3 2+2 with the V12 and manual gearbox, ready for recommissioning.

DESCRIPTION

  • A low-mileage Series 3 Coupé (2+2) from around 20-years ownership in dusty 'garage find' condition that still appears to be a solid prospect, is always going to attract attention
  • Guided competitively, this four-seat grand tourer, presented in British Racing Green and believed to be matching numbers, has the desirable manual gearbox
  • Colour changed in the 1990s, our vendor acquired the car around 2003 but a change of circumstances and loss of storage mean it's now time to move it on
  • Retaining its original registration and requiring relatively little recommissioning, we believe this to be a superb opportunity to enter 'big cat' territory at an inviting price
