Nicely presented and an eminently usable example of Triumph's popular 1970s three-cylinder.
DESCRIPTION
- Developed to compete with the ever-growing Japanese market at the time in three and four cylinder formats, this configuration was sold by both BSA and Triumph for seven years
- 1973/74 Tridents benefitted from the addition of a hydraulic front disc brake and a 5-speed gearbox (the 'V' in the model's title)
- Still powered by the transverse 741cc three-cylinder, offering 60bhp at 7,250rpm
- Described as a complete running bike which may require a light recommissioning
- Finished in the correct 1973 colours of red flashes on a black tank with gold pinstripes
- The odometer currently shows 13,869 miles
- The frame number is not distinguishable. The engine number is original

Please note all motorcycles must be out of the venue by midday on Monday 20th February due to venue restrictions.
We are permitted to remove a limited number of motorcycles after the auction on Saturday (between 6pm – 8pm) and after the show closes on Sunday 19th February (between 5pm – 7pm).
Please note Motorcycles cannot be removed from the hall during live event hours.
All other motorcycles must be removed from the venue between 9am – 11am on Monday 20th February.
Our motorcycle transport partners, Moving Motorcycles, can assist with collection and delivery. You can obtain a quote online (see link below) or contact them on +44 (0) 1933 448555

Any motorcycles not collected by 11am on Monday 20th February will be taken to our transport partners’ facility in Northamptonshire for a fee of £125 + VAT, including 3 days storage. Storage will be charged at £10 per day thereafter.
