DESCRIPTION
- Kawasaki looked about to dominate the new 750cc GP category with their powerful, but fragile, 3-cylinder KR750, Yamaha needed an answer
- They came up with the TZ700, fitted with a 4-cylinder, water-cooled, 2-stroke engine, developing 90bhp and weighing in at 157kg
- Instantly quick, they soon dominated the 750cc class
- This matching numbers example has been restored to a good standard
- Forming part of a large private collection
- Finished in the correct factory Yamaha colours
- Displayed for some time so will require recommissioning before use
