DESCRIPTION

  • Built by Aermacchi under the Harley Davidson brand, the X90 replaced the earlier Shortster (MC-65) which was sold in 1972 only
  • The X90 was built between 1973 and 1975 and less than 1,600 units were sold in total, meaning they are now rare
  • One of the innovations on the X-90, compared to its predecessor, was the fold-down handlebar which made it easier to transport
  • It may look very similar to the Shortster but it's a completely different bike with a different frame, front fork, rear fork, petrol tank, engine and exhaust 
  • This bike is confirmed running and has covered just 1,249 miles from new
  • In mostly original condition and unrestored, so some recommissioning may be required before use
  • Supplied with a current V5, previous sales receipt and MOT exemption certificate
