DESCRIPTION

A genuine 'Factory' MG B GT V8, finished in Damask Red, with a warranted 38,978 recorded miles (at the time of cataloguing), purchased by the late Alistair Naylor of Naylor Brothers fame in 1977, with a then-mileage of just 4,872. It was used sparingly by him until 1983 at which point some remedial work was required and the decision was taken to strip the MG and reassemble it with all new body panels. Acquired by the present custodian in 2007, the decision was taken to once again strip the car and refinish to his own exacting standards including a full engine, gearbox, overdrive and final drive rebuild, all correctly and superbly detailed setting this V8 apart from the average. With an original and correct interior, the GT is now finished to the very highest of standards and ready for the next chapter in its life.

Any cars not collected by 12 noon on Monday 27^th February will be taken to EM Rogers storage facility in Northampton for a fee of £175 + VAT. Storage will be charged at £10 + VAT per day from the Monday onwards.

Automobilia can be collected from the auction hall on the Sunday or on Monday morning between 9am and 12 noon by prior arrangement. After this time, it can be collected from our offices in Warwickshire or shipped to you at your expense.
